Pay your vendor booth fee here by December 9th.
Vendor Guidelines:
- All Vendors must complete the required form and include the $50.00 fee. Checks payable to Stork PFSA. You can also email the completed form to [email protected] and pay online here
- Products or services must be approved by PFSA Board
- You must provide your own equipment: tables, extension cords, etc.
- All vendors must bring their own cash change for their products. PFSA will not be responsible for making change for vendors.
- Set up for Winter Wonderland is from 3pm-4pm. Event starts at 4:30 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. on the Stork school campus at 5646 Jasper Street, Alta Loma, CA 91701
- Tear down and clean up is from 7-7:45 pm. All vendors must vacate school grounds by 8 p.m.
- All fees are non-refundable. Stork PFSA reserves the right to deny participation.
- Forms and fees must be submitted to the Stork office or emailed by Monday, Dec 9th. No exceptions!!
- Please be aware of any materials you are bringing on to campus, and closely monitor their use for the safety of our children (blades, tools, etc.).
